I received a personal call this weekend from Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Emerson expressing their extreme gratitude to Susie and the technician Michael for getting out to their home quickly on Friday to get their ceiling lift repaired.

Their voice message was nearly 2 minutes long with gratitude – to sum it up. They rely on the lift 24/7 to get Mr. Emerson in and out of bed, change clothes, go to the bathroom, etc. They called Susie in a panic Friday morning and she was able to route a tech out the same day to get it fixed. They were worried they would have to go a whole weekend without the use of it. They called Susie a “Blessing, an angel, and deserving of 5-star service accolades for always going out of her way to ensure they are taken care of!” They stated Michael was, “Pleasant, thorough, and knew his stuff.”

Great job Susie and Michael for making someone’s day!
